Back pain
Gentle chiropractic care for lower back pain, sciatica and stiffness in Kingston upon Thames. A thorough assessment with Hannah, then care built around you.
Gentle, nervous system focused chiropractic care with Doctor of Chiropractic Hannah Emmett, for you and your whole family.
Hannah found chiropractic at 18, when an injury made it hard for her to walk, climb stairs or dance. It was chiropractic that got her moving again, and she went on to train at Life Chiropractic College West in California.
Today she is the director of Anttz Family Chiropractic and specialises in Network Spinal. She takes time to understand each person as an individual, and builds care that works with your body, not against it.
And the name? Hannah's surname, Emmett, means "ant" in Old English.
Network Spinal is a gentle chiropractic technique that works with your nervous system. Instead of manual adjustments, we use light, precise touches, mostly at the neck and the base of the spine, to help your body release stored tension.
Families, mums-to-be, children, dancers, and people living with pain, stress or complex conditions.

Hannah has been absolutely brilliant
The treatment is revolutionary. So much more abundance, energy. Also I am at a peaceful & relaxed state when making decisions enabling me to do my best work. Hannah is the world's best network Chiropractor. Thank you so so much for all your hard work.
Hannah is amazing and explains everything as you start your spinal health journey
After initially being afraid of the adjustments due to ongoing stiffness and pain in my neck and back, I can't recommend the process enough. After a few weeks of weekly sessions I started to feel more positive and the pain slowly subsided. Movement was more fluid and sleep has improved.
Amazing
This is my first time going to a Chiropractor, at first I was a little scared, but Hannah explained to me everything and I started my routine with them. From when I started until now I had lots of changes, I feel better, I have more energy and they are really kind with me.
Thanks ever so much to Hannah's healing hands
Hannah Emmett diagnosed I was suffering from Lumbar Facet Syndrome with Sciatica and recommended a care plan. I was really glad I took her advice and the rest is history in the making. No sooner had I finished my first 3x a week sessions than I felt I walk with a spring in my step.
The initial consultation is two appointments, Day 1 and Day 2. Day 1 involves going through your history, followed by an in-depth digital posture picture, joint testing, muscle testing, balance testing and any other orthopaedic testing that may be needed. On Day 2, we explain what we found and recommend a plan of care.
First, it is important to know what is going on in your nervous system and body. Second, we need to understand why your symptoms are there, and whether chiropractic and Anttz Family Chiropractic are the right fit for you.
You can, but only if you have had an initial consultation first, within a certain time frame. We need to examine you properly to see what is going on in your body and nervous system, because where you feel symptoms can be misleading. This protects you, so that nothing in your care causes you more pain or harm.
Treatment is usually painless unless an area is swollen, in which case we will adapt your care. With some techniques you may hear a click, which is just a gas bubble releasing and is perfectly normal. Some people notice temporary aches during or after care, which is also normal. If you are ever uncomfortable with a technique, just tell us.
